These terms apply to your use of Wandr: World Guessing Game. By using Wandr, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Game Use
Wandr is provided for entertainment and educational geography gameplay. You may not abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, automate, or interfere with the app, its services, ads, purchases, leaderboards, or multiplayer features.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Wandr Pro may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions and lifetime in-app purchases. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refund, billing, and family sharing behavior are governed by Apple’s terms and your App Store account settings.
Ads and Rewards
Free gameplay may include optional rewarded ads. Rewards are granted only when the ad provider reports completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by region, device, privacy settings, and network conditions.
Game Center and Online Features
Leaderboards, achievements, and multiplayer features may use Game Center. Online features may be unavailable during outages, platform restrictions, or maintenance.
Content and Maps
Wandr uses Apple Maps and Apple Look Around for map and street-level experiences. Map imagery, location availability, labels, and geographic data may change or be unavailable.
Fair Play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, harass other players, or submit abusive content. We may restrict access to online features when abuse or manipulation is detected.
Disclaimer
Wandr is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
