Flyover is a city-guessing game built around Apple Maps Flyover. This policy explains what information the app uses to run gameplay, purchases, and optional rewarded ads.
Information Stored On Your Device
Flyover stores gameplay progress locally on your device, including route access, scores, map-pack unlocks, daily route usage, streak state, settings, and purchase entitlement state. This helps the game remember your progress and keep the route economy working.
Apple Services
Flyover uses Apple Maps and MapKit to display aerial city views and maps. Apple may process map requests according to Apple privacy practices. Flyover does not require your precise device location to play.
Flyover uses StoreKit for subscriptions and purchases. Apple processes payments, receipts, refunds, and Apple ID subscription management. Flyover does not receive your full payment card information.
Advertising
Free players may choose to watch rewarded ads to earn route access. Flyover uses Google AdMob for rewarded ads. Google may collect or receive device, advertising, and interaction data to serve, measure, and improve ads.
Where required, Flyover asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before using data that may be used for tracking. You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings.
Location Data
Flyover does not ask for or require your precise device location. Gameplay cities are selected from the app's city catalog and displayed through map services.
How Information Is Used
- To run routes, score guesses, save progress, and unlock map packs.
- To restore Pro access and other purchase entitlements.
- To show optional rewarded ads when a free player asks for route access.
- To diagnose loading failures through standard app and service logs.
- To comply with App Store, payment, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by Apple, Google AdMob, and hosting providers as needed to provide maps, purchases, ads, support, and app functionality.
Children
Flyover is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Your Choices
- You can play without granting device location permission.
- You can choose whether to allow tracking in iOS Settings.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
- You can delete the app to remove locally stored gameplay data from your device.
